We are not only the first sushi bar in Chatham.  We are also the first to install a water purification system for your, coffee, tean and drinking water.  Our rice and soup are cooked with purified water as well, to avoid the chemical fluoride that is added to the tap water.  Before deciding where to eat next, make sure you choose a place that is free of MSG.  MSG is sometimes disguised as disodium inosinate and guanylate, hydrolized vegetable protein, glutamic acid, flavors, spices, etc.  I, as a professional chef assure you that no chemicals are present in my food.
